Check-in time 3:00 pm and check-out time 12:00 pm.

Arriving Early? We will make every effort to accommodate you based on availability. Please inform us in advance of your arrival time. If early check-in isn't possible, we can glady we are happy to securely store your luggage.

Need an Extra Hour? Depending on our occupancy, we can provide a complimentary late check-out until 1:00 pm, allowing you to make the most of your time with us.

Check-in. We do require presentation of a valid government-issued identification at the time of check-in that will be scanned for our records.

The electricity supply here is 115V 60Hz, the same as the US and Canada with the same wall plug type.

The Brick Hotel is equipped with elevator and an access ramp to the FRONT DESK, ensuring convenient access for all guests.

Brick Hotel is situated at Orizaba 95, Roma Norte, Postal Code 06700 in Mexico City. It is approximately 45 minutes from Mexico City International Airport.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and cash. We regret to inform you that we are unable to accept checks.

Please note that all prices are quoted in US dollars and do not include the 19.5% hospitality tax.

We only allow children ages 12 and older. Service dogs are welcome  

We do not allow smoking on hotel premises.

Brick Hotel we are pleased to offer our guests the services of HELA SPA, which provides a range of pampering treatments. Please note that we do not have a swimming pool or gym on site.

All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars.

Please note that rates and fees are subject to a 19.5% tax.

The deposit fee will be charged in accordance with the conditions set out in your policies, depending on the rate selected during the booking process.

By submitting this booking request, you certify that you are the cardholder and authorise us to automatically charge your credit card for the amount due at that time. Please note that all non-refundable rates will be charged in full at the time of booking. In the event of any issues in making this balance payable to your credit card, we will contact you by email to request updated information on your method of payment.

Please note that all non-refundable rates and special reservations mentioned in the hotel's cancellation policy are charged in full on the date the reservation is made and cannot be changed or cancelled.

Please be advised that a pre-authorisation will be held on your credit card at the time of check-in. This is to guarantee payment for any incidentals incurred during your stay. The pre-authorisation will be released within five hours of check-out.

Depending on the selected rate during the booking process, a penalty fee will apply according to the conditions indicated in their policies.

All cancellations must be done via email to recepction@brickhotel.com.mx. We do not accept cancellation requests by phone.

In case of early departure or no-show, the total amount of your stay will be charged and there will be no refund or credit offered.

In case you make any changes to your reservation after the cancellation period or shorten your stay, we will charge the number of nights originally booked.

We do not accept changes or cancellation requests by phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or any other method that is not via email to recepction@brickhotel.com.mx.

If you book at a certain rate and during the time span between your reservation date and your arrival date the price changes, both parties will respect the rate of the original reservation.

We are not responsible or liable for changes or cancellations made that relate to or arise as a result of fire, epidemics, or health risks, technical problems with transport as well as flight delays due to weather or mechanical reasons, closed or congested airports or ports or any unforeseeable or unavoidable events beyond hotel control. We highly recommend to purchase a travel insurance for any inconvenience or emergency that could prevent visiting us as planned.

If you booked on a website other than the hotel’s and need to make a change to your reservation please go through the booking agent/website that you made the initial reservation with to request changes.

The only valid booking sources are the links provided on our active website www.brickhotel.com.mx and our official on line travel agencies profiles (please verify first with our Reservations Department at reservations@brickhotel.com.mx). Any other booking source is invalid and the hotel will keep the right to refuse any reservation coming from these sites. Also, the hotel will not be responsible for any damage caused by a booking created by these unauthorized sources.
